What do you think about using Dex-mod plus Int-Mod plus perception mod for Initiative?

D&D initiative: What do you think about using Dex-mod plus Int-Mod plus perception mod (if preficient) for Initiative.Perception is really good – might be too good. Have considered doing +bit for initiative
