New DM question: what kind of faction perks can I offer players who are part of an explorers’ guild? What can motivate them to seek advancement besides just “fame & fortune”? Thanks! I like kitting out factions with magic items and weird gear that PCs can borrow for an adventure, kind of like Bond stopping by to see what Q has available
