What was your favorite way a GM has opened a campaign or one shot? We’ve all woken up at a cell or were sitting in a tavern, but have you had anything unique?
I’m interested! Yes. One time we started a game by waking up and realizing we were all chained to each other on a slave barge heading down a river. I was a minotaur so I started head-butting our captors into the water. I thought it was a really ingenious way to start a game.
