Today’s mental gridlock – Want to work on *this* D&D thing for my campaign, but need to work on *that* D&D thing for my job. What’s it like getting paid to do your hobby?

Biggest challenge – remember that work time creativity is for D&D fans in general, fun time is just for me. Easy to lose sight of that and slide into self-indulgent work. https://t.co/86RSoJ5swn

i guess that’s the perk of being the head designer, whatever you need in your campaign goes in the book =) It's kind of the opposite! I homebrew I thing, then pull it out like a magician when we're like "We need a thing right now to fill this gap."
