Hi Ed, about to run Dragon Heist in Waterdeep! When a magic user registers with the Watchful Order of Magists would they do so at Blackstaff Tower, or the Tower of the Order…. what are the main functions of both buildings? And who is the head honcho at the latter? The Tower of the Order is the HQ of that guild, so that's where they would register (it's the guild's meeting place, arsenal, library, consultation rooms, etc.). Blackstaff Tower is the home of the Lord/Lady Mage of Waterdeep, currently Vajra, and most folk never gain admittance.
