I read about it on the City of Stormreach book, but it’s very undeterminated. Is it one of those things the DM has to decide? TY! City of Stormreach is the definitive source on Stormreach. One option in that book is the Scar That Abides, the overlord described on page 156. Beyond that, it’s up to the DM.
