Mummy! That is a big one too. I agree with all of these. I have to say that @DMJazzyHands and @SlyFlourishdragons, Vampires, Werewolves (Loup Garoe in VRGTR is what base Werewolf should be IMO), Mummy.
Anything which is intended to be a “Master” Villain IMO. I had to make Strahd into a Mythic Enemy for him to be a threat. 🙁 both boosted Strahd to EPIC levels in private games that made me terrified and thrilled.

The tarrasque. Very underwhelming compared to earlier editions. Had a tier 3 party that blew through it like tissue paper. Frankly, though, there are so many others that are underpowered. Dragons for one.
