which Eberron source book would you recommend first after WGtE? Feel like it should either be Sharn or Five Nations Or actually the 3.5 Campaign setting book?

Either the 3.5 or 4E sourcebook will provide a good overview of the setting. After that, Sharn: City of Towers gives a very deep view of Sharn; otherwise, Five Nations is a good choice.
