The WGtE only covers the core mechanics. Aberrant dragonmarks were part of the 3.5 ECS, but greater aberrant marks weren’t introduced until Dragonmarked. I’ll be releasing unofficial rules for greater aberrant marks in an upcoming product for the DM’s Guild.
