Will cover give bonus to Dex ST against dragon breath (e.g. Fire, cone AoE) 1/2or does dragon breath effects spread around corners? What is the general rule, if it is not specified, it doesn't? 2/2

cover applies to Dex saves – page 196 of the PHB details it

Red dragon's Fire Breath requires Dex save, but if it is spreading around corners (like a fireball does) would the half or 3/4 cover apply?

Or did you mean, the general rule is – cover applies to Dex saves :Dcorrect – that's the general rule. the game grants the bonus even if the effect moves around walls and such
