"Moneylenders" (who act as money-exchangers) are in every port, market town on a trade route, and city. Temples also provide this service (& are post offices/small parcel delivery, too). Their rates are a modest fee (rarely above 5 percent) EXCEPT in desperate times.#Realmslore
