With the recent Avernus shenanigans that started in Baldur’s Gate, is there any reason Hell won’t respond in kind? I know there’s the Blood war, but starting something small on the prime material that gathers followers, etc. wouldn’t take many resources.I'm not sure what you're getting at.

Is there any reason The Nine Hells don’t take offense at the “invasion” and stage one of their own? That said, if something seems like a fun hook for an adventure or campaign, go for it!
