Would (by chance via a spell or ability) a counter-speller be able to counterspell a Subtle spell/enhanced Psionic spell if they were reading the mind of the caster using such? (Had Detect Thoughts, or similar, active on the target?) Solidly into DMs call territory, I’d allow it as long as they can see the caster and are somehow aware of them trying to cast a spell.
