i saw you answer that clerics/druids do not have to register with the watchful order of magists and protectors. Would a drow cleric of Vhaeraun (war domain) need to register at any guild? Is there an organization that governs religions? No, they wouldn't have to register, and no, there's no organization in Waterdeep that governs religions.
