@ChrisPerkinsDnD Would a mute spellcaster be able to do verbal spell components using only an airy whisper? As in no vocal-fold vibration?

DM's call. In my campaign, a mute wizard's spell repertoire would not include spells with verbal components. https://t.co/LVK7VKXKfn

I would rule no in my campaign because otherwise it would give the mute spellcaster an advantage of not having to call attention to himself and make the spell more readily identifiable by speaking the words loud and clear.
