Would it be possible to coat arrowheads in healing potion or enchant them to function as healing dart for long distance?

Blowgun darts only do a flat 1 point of damage, though, and seem designed to hold/administer poison. Could the same not be done with heals?

You’d still have the problem with darts as the arrows. The potion needs to be completely consumed in order for it to be effective.
