in 5E, would silvered armor protect you from lycanthropes? It’s a question of how you visualize the interaction between silver and lycanthropes. I think of silver as interfering with healing as opposed to burning them by touch; a wererat could HOLD a silver dagger. So I wouldn’t see silver armor as providing additional defense.
