believe i read this somewhere last night but can’t find it – in addition to specifying the conditions for an overlord’s release, would the draconic prophecy specify the conditions for their being rebound once (partially or wholly) released? Absolutely. The Prophecy is a map to possible futures; you just have to find the path leading to the future you want.
