would you say that horrid beasts were created by gatekeepers (assuming they did) more to 1fight alongside/as them or more as 2fire & forget minefield-like area denial things with the happy accident of removing things daelkyr could convert?Both of these seem like logical approaches to me. There were surely some druids who didn't approve of the creation of horrid animals; this was likely one of the things that led to a split & the ultimate foundation of the Eldeen sects.
